A working group on priority measures to ensure stability in the financial sector in 2020 the coordinating Council of RSPP on anti-coronavirus infection
Due to the current negative situation on the financial markets, reflected in a significant fall in the value of all assets high volatility of currencies including the Russian ruble, and uncertainty of the consequences of the spread of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and the introduction of modes of emergency in many countries, the decision on creation of Working group on priority measures to ensure stability in the financial sector in 2020 the coordination Council of RUIE for combating coronavirus infections (hereinafter - working group).
The objectives of this Working group include:
- tracking a changing situation and new factors;
- assessment of the possible negative consequences of the current situation;
- the development of priority measures to ensure stability in the financial sector of Russia and the direction of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the government of the Russian Federation and Bank of Russia;
- evaluation of the effectiveness of priority measures to ensure stability in the financial sector implemented by the Government of the Russian Federation and Bank of Russia;
- operational update of offers RSPP on the composition and effectiveness of priority measures to ensure stability in the financial sector and direction of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the government of the Russian Federation and Bank of Russia.
Head of the Working group appointed Executive Vice President of RUIE A.V. Murychev, the Executive Secretary – Director of the RSPP Centre for financial policy and financial markets A. Y. Lisitsin.
The Working group is expected to be implemented in remote mode.
To participate in the Working group brought leaders of professional associations and self-regulatory organizations financial industry, banks, insurance, stock and other financial market segments and companies of the real sector of the economy, including the fuel and energy complex, Telecom operators, developers and other experts.
